Love is a curious thing

{Lie.Lie.Lie for love} Aah, tennis, the old game of gentlemen.... and women. Today IT happened again: my little sister (who happens to be 11) "sprained her ankle" so now when she walks it "hurts". It's obvious that this is something she brutally made up so that she wouldn't have to go to tennis practice.
Fine, fine, I admit it, haven't we all lied once? But this seems to be somehow different. Maybe I'm just jealous because I still have to go to tennis practice today. Don't you just hate when your parent's choose your activities for you?

Luckily, I found some images that may help me feel better, about this gentlemanly art of running around and hitting a yellow ball with a piece of plastic (or whatever rackets are made out of these days)Oh my, look at what you have done! Now give me the hat, the blazer and the dress, and I will tell no one about all of this!

Just look at that outfit!

"The sporty flapper: If she were a character, she'd be The Great Gatsby's Jordan Baker; athletic, boyish, cynical, seductive. Golf or tennis are the flapper girl's games, so in 2010 it's preppy with a 1920s twist. Look no further than Hermes - with drop-waist pleated skirts and sports stripes in classic colours - for inspiration."

Now, enough about tennis!

Strawberries cherries and some sunglasses

{Beware, daydreams} Like many others, I'm already longing for... summer! Yes, you got it, the season of dresses, shorts, sunglasses and ice cream. Of course there are lots of other things like the beach but for right now I'm willing to concentrate on these 4. Don't ask me why.

I can only say that I'm already looking forward to wearing this from Topshop:Eating strawberries on an unknown island is a must in my summer. + the bonfire! For all of you who are planning on doing this, be careful, the fire may burn your strawberries! I speak from experience.

And of course, not to forget-- I must try out the Miss Dior ad theory with balloons! Destination: Paris! But for the moment I'm going to have to content myself by wearing clothes similar to this coat.

What are you planning to do this summer?

The things that I must have

{I cannot stop but admire my creative title for this post} There are some things things that a girl MUST have. These things are different for every girl, and I though that you might find it interesting to take a look over my current list of Wanta Haves.
So, where to start? I guess we could commence by looking at my cheapest Wanta Have.
Opaque black thigh highs! For the moment, no knee sock can replace these!

The one and only dress from Dreamandawake!

Any one of these sheer Betty Jackson SS 2010 items is fine with me. More than fine actually. Much, much more than fine.

And finally a fake mustache to rule the world! but mainly scare away boys (not that I don't like them, I love 'em, but remember-- girls just wanna have fun!)

Here you have it, my few wanta haves!

Salad

{Salad is a starter, and so is this post} Anyway, I just found a new lovely magazine on my doorstep. Take a look! I was suspicious at first but now I just love it too much to let go. So far I've only got to editions though... Btw, I live in Sweden, so I'm sorry but everything is in Swedish :( but you can always admire the amazing photos etc. ...the cover...

I'm loving the outfit in the center !

I'm not a fan of the little statues, but I certainly admire her retro/vintage style. Aah!

Even the most boring people cannot stop themselves from drooling over these two pieces of art (I'm talking about the dresses... doh :3)

That's all [for now] folks!

All blogs need intros, right?

Hi. Welcome to my new blog :). I can't wait to see what this place is going to become! Right now I'm expecting it to look somewhat like a fashion blog (hence the title) but you never know. I mean, this little space hidden deep in the most top secret Fashion Networks, might turn out to be a promotion blog for Crayolas (no offense by the last, I love crayolas, but I would like to not dedicate all of this to... crayons?). Or I might just abondon the blog, like so many others have. No no no, I'll try to keep it up :), will you help me?
